A Hartsville man died in a single-car wreck early Friday morning.
S.C. Highway Patrol's website says the wreck happened in Lee County, around 3:45.
Lee County Coroner Alford Elmore says the man who died is Shawn Addison, 29, from Hartsville.
Addison's car ran off the road not far from the intersection of Cyprus Cemetery Rd. and Sandy Grove Church Rd.
Elmore says it appeared to be airborne before hitting a tree.
According to the Highway Patrol's website, Addison was not wearing a seatbelt.
