James Reaves was elected to serve on Latta Town Council during a special election Tuesday.
Reaves will fill the unexpired term of Nancy Brigman, who became the town’s mayor in June.
Reaves garnered 141 votes to Gerry Fleming’s 127 and Joe Spears’ 52. Fleming and Spears are former town council members.
