News 13 has learned Seaside Computer store owner is in jail this morning.
According to J. Reuben Long Detention Detention Center's website, Robert James Hussey, 27, is charged with obtaining signatures or property under $1,000 and a computer crime between $1,000 and $25,000, a second offense.
Hussey's bond hearing is scheduled for sometime Wednesday.
Hussey was arrested in April and again in August for similar charges.
