Myrtle Beach police say man robbed at knifepoint

Myrtle Beach Police Officers responded to an armed robbery call Monday evening.
It happened outside Cash Grocery and Gift at 205 North 6th Avenue just before 8:30 p.m.
According to an incident report, a man who works at the store reports two individuals approached him by the outside vending machines at the store, put a knife to his back, and demanded his wallet.
The victim told police he gave the men his wallet, and they ran off in two different directions. According to police, one suspect, wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt, ran south towards Ocean Boulevard, and the other suspect, wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, ran south on Flagg Street.
