A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for the Crabtree Swamp Restoration Initiative.
The event takes place Monday, September 22 at 10:00 a.m. at the Crabtree Canal located on Oak Street in Conway, according to a press release issued by Horry County officials.
The restoration initiative is a collaboration from local governments, conservation districts, state and federal agencies, landowners , non-profit organizations and universities.
