The Horry County Ad Hoc Committee will consider making changes to the way the county handles "Bike Weeks" next year.
Earlier this year, Horry County Council created the committee to determine what action, if any, the county would take after Myrtle Beach City Council passed 15 ordinances to
curtail the annual rallies.
So far, the county hasn't taken a stand one way or the other.
County Spokesperson Lisa Bourcier said the committee will look at issues related to parking, noise, vendor locations, and other permits.
She said "the committee will evaluate the county's issues and do what is best for the county".
The committee will meet at 5 p.m. Tuesday in council chambers at the Horry County Government and Justice Center.
