Plant and flower festival to be this weekend at Pee Dee Market

The Pee Dee State Farmers Market in Florence will play host to its annual Fall Plant and Flower Festival Oct. 3-5. This three-day festival has become an annual event for the market and offers some great plants and flowers for your fall garden.
There will be numerous varieties of horticultural and agricultural products for the home gardener or those looking to add a little color to their yards. Because of the wide variety of plants and lawn and garden décor available, visitors are encouraged to bring along a wagon or cart to carry their purchases.
The festival will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday at the Pee Dee State Farmers Market, 2513 West Lucas St., Florence. Admission and parking are free.
