Funeral services for Hurbert Lee Addison were held on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008, at 1 p.m. at the Gilbert Hines Memorial Chapel directed by Hines Funeral Home Inc. The burial followed in the Kelly Belle United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Betty Lee Shelley Gunnells, 77, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2008. Funeral plans will be announced later by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home.
B.C. JORDAN
CAYCE - B.C. "Ducy" Jordan, born in Greenville, Ala., on May 24, 1922, to Andrew J. and Nancy Wood Jordan, passed away Nov. 13, 2008.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Catoe Jordan of Cayce; daughters and sons-in-law, Susan Jordan of Cayce, Lori Jordan of Cayce; Lynn Jordan and Greg Stidom of West Columbia; Carole Jordan and Bill Wade of Chester; son and daughter-in-law, Gregory and Margaret Jordan of Athens, Ga.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Andrew Jordan of Irmo and E.W. Jordan of Pensacola, Fla.
A U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, he served in the Asiatic-Pacific area of operations and participated in Operations Crossroads at Bikini Atoll in 1946. He retired from Fluor Daniel and General Electric.
Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, at Middendorf Baptist Church Cemetery with visitation following the service. Deborah Lynn "Deb-bie" Truett Larymore, 52, passed away Nov. 13, 2008, in a local Hospice facility. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 16, at the Church of God of Prophecy, with burial following in Swift Creek Cemetery, officiated by the Revs. Ron Prosch and Henry Johnson and directed by Belk Funeral Home.
Born April 28, 1956, in Darlington County, Debbie was a daughter of J. Wesley Truett and Maggie Howard McCutcheon. She was president of Larymore Electric and was very devoted to her church, the Church of God of Prophecy.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband, W. Tracy Larymore; a daughter, Wendy (Brent) Anderson; two sons. Trey Larymore, Johnathon Larymore, all of Hartsville; grandchildren, Les, Levi, Chapel and Scarlett Anderson, Skylar and Trace Larymore; three brothers, Marion (Karen) Truett of Darlington, Johnny (Joyce Dale) Truett, Robin (Joyce) Truett, both of Darlington; and one sister, Darlene (James) Norton of Darlington.

Graveside services for Lindsay Fuller Howle, 95, were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17, 2008, at Magnolia Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Martin officiating. Mr. Howle died Friday, Nov. 14. Born in Darlington County, he was a son of the late P. LaVerne and Louise Cromer Howle. He grew up in Darlington, where he graduated from St. John's High School and then went to Clemson University. He was a veteran of World War II and served in the Ninth Army Air Corps. He flew 65 missions over France and Germany and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, served on the Administrative Board and Board of Trustees, and was past-president of the JK Taylor Bible Class. He was a charter member of the Hartsville Kiwanis Club and was Kiwanian of the year in 1983. He was also a member of the American Legion. Prior to his retirement, he worked as the southern representative for Manes Organization.
Surviving are his wife, Edith Woodham Howle of Sumter; daughter and sons-in-law, Nan and Lee Thomas of Gastonia, N.C., Eric Byrd of Sumter; sisters, Mary Louise Hunnicutt and Betty Shepard, both of Hartsville; brother, Marion Howle of Hartsville; special nephew, Thomas Fuller Howle of Asheville, N.C.; grandchildren, Meredith Thomas Morrow, Carson Thomas, Lindsay Byrd Keith, Lauren Byrd Black; great-grandchildren, Charlie Thomas, Camden Thomas, Fisher Morrow, Harris Morrow, Jacob Keith, Reagan Keith, Dalton Black.. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lynne Byrd; brothers, Park Howle and Harry Howle.

Funeral services for Anne Kobylarczyk Voudy, 89, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008, at the Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Father Karl Roesch officiating.
Mrs. Voudy, widow of Frank V. Voudy, died Tuesday, Nov. 11. Born in Collinsville, Pa., she was a daughter of the late John and Mary Kobylarczyk.
Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, John E. and Nellie Voudy of Pompano Beach, Fla., Frank V. and Jeannie Voudy III of Tamarac, Fla.; daughter, Mary Voudy Ritch of Hartsville; grandchildren (spouse) Laura Ritch (Andy) Holland, Tony (Chris) Voudy, Frank and Barbara Voudy, Marlena Voudy, Dina Staud; great-grandchildren, Stephen Redd, Cody Voudy, Vince Ritch, Mark Ritch, Frankie Voudy IV, Mia Staud. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Richard "Fred" Ritch, and her brother, Tony Kobylarczyk; her sisters, Mary Kowalczyk, Helen Cracion, Rose Noga; and her granddaughter, Cheryl Redd.

KEITH WAGNER
Keith Wagner, 82, of Camdenton, Mo., formerly of Tecumseh and Beatrice Neb., and Bishopville, died on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008.
Mr. Wagner was born to Louis and Grace Wagner on Dec. 20, 1925. He graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1944. In 1959 Keith married Anna Arlene (Rieken) Neemann and was a long time custom wheat harvester, which is how he acquired the nickname, "Wheaty." Keith was united in marriage to Beverly Ann Barnes, Beatrice, Neb., in 1977 and resided in Tecumseh, Neb., where they owned and operated the Harvest Bowl and Harvest Inn Restaurant. One of his favorite pastimes was trap shooting. He attended many meets and was actually a national winner in 1979. He was a custodian for the Tecumseh school district for several years, worked for Brinkman Brothers and was a groundskeeper for both the Tecumseh and Beatrice Country Club golf courses. Keith and Bev relocated to Bishopville, where he did maintenance work for Ivy Terrace Retirement Home. After Beverly passed away, Keith moved to Camdenton, Mo., where he lived the last eight months prior to his death on Nov. 8 following heart surgery. He was a devoted husband and father and will be fondly remembered for his wealth of information regarding just about everything in the eyes of his children - from gardening, lawns and roses to woodworking, plumbing and electrical work, he was quite a handy man. He freely gave his time and labor to his large extended family, who will miss him dearly.
He is survived by daughters, Vickie Krueger of Lincoln, Neb., Connie Miller of Savage Minn., stepdaughters Stacy Powers of Hurricane Deck, Mo., Lori Hendee of Cameron, Mo., Naomi Keller of Camdenton, Mo., Chris Parrish of Omaha, Neb., Kim Schnell of Dorchester, Neb.; and stepsons Chris Robertson of McBee, Chuck Robertson of Elgin; 25 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Keith was preceded in death by wife, Beverly, and brother, Eugene.
