Florence School District 1 is accepting applications for 3-year-old Montessori students.
Montessori programs are offered at North Vista and McLaurin elementary schools. Parents must bring the child’s birth certificate and proof of residence at the time of registration.
Parents can apply at the either of the schools.
Florence 1 also is accepting applications for the 4-year-old kindergarten program.
Applications may be obtained from the district’s Office of Early Childhood at 319 S. Dargan St. Children must be 4 on or before Sept. 1 to enroll.
