Horry County Coroner, Robert Edge, says Carol Ann Chestnut Hall died Friday from injuries after a car accident Thursday.
Hall, 36, of Conway was one of three people in a pickup truck that crashed into a tree near Loris.
It happened at the intersection of SC 348 and Daisy Road.
Tim Jordan, 50, of Little River died at the scene from internal injuries.
The other man in the truck survived the accident.
