Bronx man died during crash on Interstate 95

A Bronx, N.Y., man died Tuesday during a crash on Interstate 95, Florence County Coroner M.G. “Bubba” Matthews said.
Jason Ramos, 27, of 1735 Townsend Ave. died at the scene as a result of injuries he suffered during the crash, Matthews said. The crashed happened near mile marker 149 in the southbound land of I-95, S.C. Highway Patrol reports show. Ramos had pulled his 1998 Acura into the emergency lane when a 2002 Ford F250 truck driven by a Kileen, Texas, man drifted off the roadway and into that lane.
The crash is under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
