As part of their love for reading, during Johnakin Middle School’s Focus Class, Mr. Sellars and his class enjoyed reading Robert Newton Peck’s book, The Day No Pigs Would Die. The book is a timeless story of a Shaker boy, his beloved pet pig, and the joys and hardships that mark his passage into manhood.
