KINGSTREE - On June 25, 2008, the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office, Probation Parole and Pardon, and the United States Marshal's Service, all participated in an operation known as Falcon (Federal And Local Cops Organized Nationally). The operation is designed to assist federal, state, and local agencies with the apprehension of individuals with outstanding warrants. This operation resulted in the arrest of 20 individuals throughout Williamsburg County on various charges.
Those charged, according to a sheriff’s department release, were Sedieka Mcclam, 27, of 121 Cherry Avenue, Kingstree for possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and simple possession of marijuana; Joseph Durant, 34, of 44 Swan Lane in Hemingway, for distribution of crack cocaine; Bubba Nesmith, 22, of 4 Pheasant Avenue Hemingway for trafficking crack cocaine and malicious injury to real property; Natorien Richardson, 30, of 40 Brayboy Lane, Kingstree; Melissa Scott, 21, of 773 Rachel Rd. Hemingway; and. Adam Hamlet, 50 of 2308 South Williamsburg County Hwy., for check violation; Grace Kennedy, 21, of 407 Kelly St., Kingstree, for false information to law enforcement; and El'ahmad Seward, 22, of 1170 Thorne Ave., Kingstree, for no South Carolina driver’s license.
Tony Martin, 46, of 1120 Delos Road, Cades was arrested for Criminal Domestic Violence 1st; also Roy Draughn, 24, of Hwy 41 South, Hemingway, for simple possession of marijuana and no S.C. driver license; Tommy Moseley, 30, of 48 Remembrance Circle, Lake City for simple possession of marijuana; Alexander Porter, 26, of 2853 Hebron Road, Cades for petit larceny, driving under suspension, simple possession of marijuana; Nelson Greene, 29, of 520 Elliott Road, Andrews, for assault and battery with intent to kill; Terry Scott, 43, of 68 Jerusalem Drive, Kingstree; Adrian Davis, 31, of 3307 Hemingway Hwy., Hemingway, David Mixon, 19, of 68 Washington St., Hemingway, Karone Lewis, 27, of 126 Washington St., Hemingway, and Levern Pressley, 49, of 17 Perch St., Kingstree, all for probation violation.
Louise Brown, 49, of Hwy 41 South, Hemingway, and Nathaniel Eaddy, 30, of 22 Jarrod Rd., Hemingway, were arrested on a general session bench warrant. As the result of the arrest, approximately 6 grams of crack cocaine, 186 grains of cocaine, 30 grams of marijuana, $1487.00 in U.S currency, and a stolen handgun were recovered.
