Movies, plays all on tap this summer

This is for you, Sandy! Hello everyone! I know it’s been a little while since you have heard from me right?
Well, I am on the mend. The golf injury is healing finally. It didn’t help that I fell off my porch and suffered new injuries as well as aggravated the old ones ... calm days ahead I hope!
CAST has been hard at work rehearsing for its upcoming play “Ghost of a Chance” by Flip Kobler and Cindy Marcus.
This is one funny play and I hope you plan on attending. Play dates are July 25-27 in The Marion Opera House.
Play times are Friday and Saturday 7:30 p.m. and a Sunday matinee at 3 p.m. Call (843) 423-6636 to reserve your tickets.
Movies in the park are coming your way very soon so please continue to read your newspapers and look for posters to go up soon as well.
What fun this is going to be for kids and adults! I will announce the movie to be played at a later date, as I am keeping it a surprise ... You won’t be disappointed! I’ll give you a hint — naahhh! I’ll keep my secret a bit longer.
I will go for now, but before I do, I wish to say “Thank You” to everyone who kept me and my family in their thoughts and prayers when my uncle passed away two weeks ago. It meant a great deal to me.
