Home invasion leaves one man dead

»  Comments | Post a Comment

A Robeson County man was shot to death during a home invasion Wednesday night.

Four gunmen invaded a Shannon home Wednesday night, killing 23-year-old Daniel Bullard.

Bullard and his girlfriend, April Lowery were home with their 8-month-old child, when she heard voices in the living room.

Lowery told authorities she went into the living room and saw four black men wearing bandanas.

Robeson County Sheriff Kenneth Sealey said investigators were still trying to gather evidence.

The State Bureau of Investigation is assisting with the case.

Sealey was not sure how many times Bullard was shot. An autopsy was scheduled at the state Medical Examiner’s Office in Chapel Hill.

If you have any information you are asked to call the Robeson County Sheriffs Department.
