The trial of a man who authorities say shot and killed his son-in-law at a wake, is scheduled to begin Wednesday.
The incident happened in August of 2007, when investigators say Herman McKnight's daughter died of a heart attack.
Authorities say while the family was holding a wake, McKnight kicked in a door and shot and killed his son-in-law, Stuart Floyd.
