Charges Singletary faces include: breach of trust with fraudulent intent, value $1,000 or less; distribute, sell, purchase, manufacture crack cocaine, or PWID, near school; malicious injury to tree, house, trespass upon real property, value over $5,000; manufacture, distribution, etc., crank, crack cocaine, first offense; grand larceny, value $5,000 or more; manufacture, distribution, etc., ice, crank, crack cocaine, first offense; and distribute, sell, purchase, manufacture crack cocaine, or PWID, near school.
He was taken to the Florence County Detention Center in Effingham by the County’s Narcotic Officer.
