The American Red Cross is offering a chance to win one of two $750 gasoline cards to blood donors in the Pee Dee.
To help promote blood donation and give donors a break from rising gasoline prices, the Pee Dee chapter plans to enter all donors who give blood or platelets between June 1-30 into a drawing for one of two cards.
Donors must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, be in general good health and provide a valid form of identification. Donations take roughly one hour to complete.
