North Mullins Primary students and family members enjoyed their end-of-the-year Field Days. The events were organized by Coach Bryan Hennecy and a committee composed of staff members and teachers. On May 22, the second grade enjoyed events such as an obstacle course, sack race, tug of war and more.
On May 23, the first grade competed in the same events. First grade winners were Davonte Hayes, Amani Myers, Hasante Wilson, Comorra Davis, Lamar Smith, Sylvanna Reaves, Xavier Legette, Marcus Brown, Dylan Ward, Janell Sindab and Mikko Pervis won two events.
The first grade tug of war winner was Mrs. Rouse’s class. Second grade winners were Robert Gunn, Zakiya Williams (won two events), Wyatt Rogers, Brittany Sellars, Jaquez Bethea, Iesha German, Timothy Graham (won two events), Taliyah Edwards, Mekki Owens, Kelesha Swinton. The second grade winner of the tug of war was Mrs. McMillan’s class. Above, students and family members watch the competition and enjoy being outside during the last week of the 2007-08 school year.
