A Florence judge will hear Mayor Frank Willis' latest appeal regarding the mayoral primary.
Willis lost by one vote in the June 10 primary to challenger Stephen Wukela.
A recount found the same total and the Democratic Party denied Willis' appeal on June 21st.
The hearing starts at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the City-County Complex in Florence.
