People on both sides of the debate over the future of the May motorcycle rallies are expected to fill the chambers of Horry County Council Tuesday night.
Last month, Myrtle Beach city council gave the green light to a property-tax hike dedicated to an anti-bike-rally public relations campaign
Although the issue is not on the agenda, at least one person has signed up to address council on the subject.
