An Horry County Councilman, charged in a prostitution sting, was booked on additional charges from the same case.
In October 2007, Myrtle Beach police arrested and charged County Councilman Marion Foxworth with loitering for the purpose of prostitution.
Wednesday, Foxworth was charged with an additional offense of soliciting for prostitution.
Foxworth was booked on a $10,000 bond, which he posted and was released shortly after. He will go to trial for the charges on Jan. 13.
