A Garden City man has been indicted in federal court Tuesday for bank burglary. Surfside Beach Police say Michael Faulkenberry burglarized the Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union on Highway 17 in June and August.
Faulkenberry faces $250,000 in fines and up to 20 year in prison if convicted. He is currently being held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
