A Darlington man was arrested after police said he offered sex to an undercover officer in exchange for money, Florence Police Maj. Carlos Raines said.
Rich Elliott Robinson, 25, of 1441 Tulip Dive is charged with prostitution, Florence County bookings reports show.
The suspect, who was dressed as a woman, was picked up by and undercover officer Saturday, Raines said.
Robinson was released Saturday from the jail in Effingham after posting bail.
