The Marion County Sheriff’s Office will host a gang awareness training seminar for school faculty and staff from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 2 at Marion County Vocational School.
Agents from the State Law Enforcement Division will be speaking on the gang problem in the Pee Dee. Ways of identifying gangs also will be discussed, Sheriff Mark Richardson said in a press release.
The sheriff’s office will host a two-day gang training seminar Sept. 3-4 for all Marion County law enforcement officers from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at Marion County Vocational School.
