Mary L. Counts of Darlington, 49, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007 in a Florence hospital.

A funeral was at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2 in the Brockington Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Scranton United Methodist Church Cemetery in Scranton.

She is predeceased by a sister, Sandra Bastin.

Born in Florence, Mrs. Counts was a daughter of Edward and Eula Hasty and was a homemaker.

Surviving are her parents; a son, William Michael Counts of Ocala, Fla.; two brothers, Jerry Carraway of Jacksonville, Fla. and Johnny Carraway of Ocala, Fla.
