The likenesses of the five major candidates (including former Utah governor Jon Huntsman, who dropped out Monday morning) smile on the face of a huge sand sculpture that faces the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Florida-based Team Sandtastic created the sculptures using more than 500 tons of sand over five days. The four remaining candidates will debate Monday night in a nationally-televised event at the convention center.

One of the sections of the huge sand sculpture set up outside Mondayís nationally-televised Republican presidential debate in Myrtle Beach depicts the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Mondayís debate is just four days ahead of Saturdayís South Carolina Republican Presidential Preference Primary elections.
