MYRTLE BEACH - The Grand Strand Regional Medical Center annual health fair is Saturday, February 4 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Coastal Grand Mall.
The annual health fair has been held for 30 plus years and is always the first Saturday in February.
A Panel 30 blood profile including thyroid is $25 and many free screenings are available. There will be more than 50 booths set up to learn about everything from blood pressure to stress management.
Thousands of people are expected to attend including many snowbirds.
