MYRTLE BEACH - New member of The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living, will hold their grand opening and an official ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday, June 16 at their offices at 1902 Oak St. in Myrtle Beach.
With offices already in North Myrtle Beach, Windy Hill, Ocean Drive, and Crescent Beach; the new Myrtle Beach office is poised to expand the Elliott Realty name and will encompass real estate within the heart of the Grand Strand. Services will include Myrtle Beach real estate listings, seller’s guides, buyer’s guides, relocation materials, as well as complete property listings within the Myrtle Beach area.

The Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise has provided support and revolutionary strategies that has allowed Elliott Coastal Living to grow during any type of market,” said the company’s CEO Brian Griffin, “Talks have been in place for a while now and it feels good to finally see the new office opened.”
Griffin also said there are plans in place to launch virtual offices for Brunswick and Georgetown County soon after the Myrtle Beach office is opened.
The grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting is open to the public and will be held at the new offices (1902 Oak St.) at 12 p.m. Thursday, June 16. Guests will include members and representatives from the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.
