Hamer Elizabeth Manning of Columbia, South Carolina, and Robert Kyle Titus also of Columbia were united in marriage on December 17, 2011, at half past five in the evening at Latta United Methodist Church in Latta, South Carolina.
Reverend Jerry Lee Phillips performed the ceremony.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her parents, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Houston Manning of Latta, South Carolina. She is the maternal granddaughter of Bobby Kenneth Moody of Lake View, South Carolina, and Mary Anne Wiggins Moody of Fork, South Carolina. Hamer is the paternal granddaughter of Marjorie Floyd Manning and the late James Willis Manning of Latta, South Carolina. The bride is a 2009 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, and she is presently a second year medical student at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Edward Dille of Little Mountain, South Carolina, and Mr. Robert Mitchell Titus of Latta, South Carolina. He is the maternal grandson of Vicki Middleton Price of Rowland, South Carolina, and the late Levi Reginald Moore of Columbia, South Carolina. Kyle is the paternal grandson of Mildred Faye Perry Titus of Blythewood, South Carolina,and the late Lonnie Joe Titus of Moab, Utah. The groom is a 2010 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He is employed as Civil Infrastructure Division Manager at Dennis Corporation in Columbia.
The Maid of Honor was Miss Leigh Ann McGee, friend of the bride. Best Man was James Henslee Caulder, friend of the groom.
The bridesmaids were Kristin Moody Hyatt, aunt of the bride, Kristen Nicole Titus, sister of the groom, Kristen Marie Bridgers, Lindsey Brown Priester, Katie Michelle Weatherford, and Tamara Lynn Weatherford all friends of the bride.
The groomsmen were James Hampton Manning, brother of the bride, Edwin Fuller Bryant, Mark Carroll Johnson, Tyler Aubrey Priester, Shane David Skiles, and Ryan Gerald Williams all friends of the groom.
The flower girl was Claire Anne Wilson, cousin of the bride.
The ring bearer was Wyatt Manning Wilson, cousin of the bride.
Program attendants were Ella Lorine Wilson and Molly Isabelle Wilson, cousins of the bride.
Acolyte was Luke Willis Gilliam, cousin of the bride.
Register attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lansing Wilson, III and Mr. and Mrs. Mark Manning Wilson.
Musicians were Mr. Robin Thompson, organist, Ms. Nicole Veneroso, violinist, and Mr. Shaw and Mrs. Rebecca Thompson, vocalists.
Mr. Charles Snipes served as the wedding director.
The bride wore an exquisite gown designed by Casablanca Bridal. The gown's design was beaded lace appliqué on Point over Luxe Satin. The lace appliqué was accented with Swarovski crystals, pearls, beads and silver backed sequins. The gown had a V-shaped neckline with pearl encrusted spaghetti straps with a fit and flare silhouette. The bride's veil was an angel cut fingertip length design edged with Alencon lace accented with Swarovski crystals, pearls and sequins.
The reception and dinner followed the ceremony at the Country Club of South Carolina in Florence, South Carolina. Greeters at the reception were Mr. and Mrs. James Herbert Ellis.
After a wedding trip to Bostic, North Carolina,with plans of a later honeymoon in the spring, the couple will reside in Columbia, South Carolina.
