Crockpot Snack Mix

3 cups thin pretzel sticks
4 cups wheat Chex cereal
4 cups Cheerios cereal
12-oz. jar salted peanuts
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients in a four to five quart Crockpot and stir gently until well mixed and pretzels, cereal and peanuts are coated with the butter, cheese and spices. Cover Crockpot and cook on low heat for three to four hours, stirring twice during cooking. Remove the lid during the last half hour of cooking to let the mix dry.

Creamy Seafood Dip

4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 can (6.5-oz.) minced clams, shrimp or crab, drained and rinsed*
