Angel Food Ministries
Great Commission Ministries is offering the Angel Food Ministries program and the December menu for the Signature Box for $30. Some of the items are two-pound New York strip steaks, 1.5-pound boneless pork roasts, two-pound bags of fresh apples, 1.5 pounds of all-white-meat chicken tenders, a dozen eggs, dessert and more for $30. Specials can be purchased with or without the purchase of the standard boxes. Order dates are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday through Dec. 18, and distribution will take place from 11 a.m. to noon Dec. 19. For information, call (843) 389-3085.
Worship time changes
Mega/Omega Ministries has a new schedule for its services. Mega worship in Cades will take place at 8:20 a.m. on the first and third Sundays of the month; Ministry at Study will be at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and at Omega worship in Florence at 8:20 a.m. on the second and fourth Sundays.
Carolina Opry trip
Lake City First Baptist Church is planning a trip to The Carolina Opry on Dec. 10. The bus will leave the church at 9:30 a.m. The cost is $50 for the bus and show. No meals are included. Narcotics Anonymous
Greater St. James AME Church, at 339 W. Moore St. in Lake City, holds weekly Narcotics Anonymous meetings at 7 p.m. each Monday and Thursday. Anyone who needs this service is invited to attend.
