Researchers say toddlers are at a greater risk of problems from secondhand smoke

Secondhand smoke may hurt toddlers and obese kids the most.

New research shows toddlers exposed to secondhand smoke are more likely to suffer blood-vessel damage which could put them at risk for heart disease
later in life.

The chances of blood vessel damage is twice as great in toddlers who are obese.
