How you cook your fish makes all the difference

We all know that eating fish can be good for your heart but a new study suggests it all depends on how it's cooked.

The report showed that baked or boiled fish contained more omega 3 fatty acids than fried, dried, or salted fish.

Adding low-sodium soy sauce or tofu also proved to be beneficial, especially for women.
