Study finds exercising in the sun has its benefits

Exercising under the sun may help you lose more weight.

A new study found people ate less after working out in hot conditions -- around 97 degrees.

Participants ate roughly 300 more calories when they exercised in cooler temperature -- around 77 degrees.
