New study may convince more men to hit the gymn

Men who hit the gym regularly may have a lower risk of developing prostate cancer.

A study of nearly 200 men who underwent biopsies for possible prostate cancer found those who exercised moderately, were less likely to be diagnosed with
the disease.

Researchers defined moderate exercise as the equivalent to walking three to six hours per week.
