Men who keep their cholesterol in check may be protecting themselves against the mostly deadly type of prostrate cancer.
A new report found men with a normal cholesterol range were almost 60 percent less likely to develop aggressive cancer than those with higher readings.
A second study found men with a lot of H-D-L or "good cholesterol" also lowered their prostrate cancer risk.
