The 5 o'clock ceremony was performed by the Reverend Timothy Coker. The bride who was given in marriage by her Father is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Watson of Darlington she is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Davis of Darlington and Mrs. Johnsie Watson of Hartsville and the late J. E. Watson. She attended Florence Darlington Technical College and is employed with Carolina Bank & Trust
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Byrd of Darlington. He is the grandson of Mrs. Joyce Hoffman of Darlington and the late Mr. Willie Hoffman and the late Mr. & Mrs. Bill Byrd. He served in the United States Army and attended Florence Darlington Technical College. He is employed with Progress Energy
Matron of Honor was Mrs. Brittany Watson Sowers, sister of the bride
Maid of Honor was Miss Jillian Theresa Davis, cousin of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Mrs. Jillian Allen Burke, Mrs. Leslie Carter Fryar, Mrs. Candice Miles Hedgepeth, Mrs. BJ Owens Lloyd and Mrs. Tina Austin Moore
Best man was Mr. William Jennings Byrd, brother of the groom

After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple will reside in Darlington.
