Melodie Loren Worley of Pelzer and John Matthew Webber of Anderson were married at 3:00 p.m., June 6, 2009 at the home of Matt and Jenny Reeves in Piedmont, SC.
The bride, who was escorted by her father, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Worley of Pelzer. She is the granddaughter of Ronald and Carla Hunter of Greenwood and Richard and Peggy Worley of Lafayette, LA. She attended Southern Wesleyan and works at Wachovia Bank.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. D. Scott Webber of Anderson. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne E. Willis of North Myrtle Beach and Mrs. Jeri Gilreath of Anderson and Mr. and Mrs. John F. Webber, Jr. of Anderson. He attended Tri-County Tech and works at Carolina Auto Auction.
Maid of Honor was Crystal Conway, friend of the bride.
Best Man was D. Scott Webber, father of the groom.
Bridesmaids were Haley Webber, sister of the groom, Brittany Riggs, friend of the bride and Marnie Rankin, friend of the bride.
Groomsmen were Chris Richardson, friend of the groom, Josh Webber, cousin of the groom and Matt Worley, brother of the bride.
Flower girl was Makayla Brooke Webber, daughter of the bride and groom.
Ring Bearer was Micah Worley, brother of the bride.
Soloists were Jacob and Amanda Kizzee, friends of the bride.
A reception followed in the garden at the home of Matt and Jenny Reeves.
After a wedding cruise to Key West and Bahamas, the couple will reside in Anderson.
