Jan Atkinson Willis of Marion and Timothy Jason Causey of Conway were married April 4, 2009 in the courtyard at the Palmetto Room in Marion.
The 5 p.m. ceremony was performed by the Rev. Mack Hutson. A reception followed in the Palmetto Room.
The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Willis of Marion, is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ebbie James Atkinson of Ariel Crossroads and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Edward Willis of Johnsonville. She is a 20003 graduate of Coastal Carolina and she received her Masters Degree in elementary education from Francis Marion. She is employed by Marion School District Seven as a fourth grade teacher.
The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Causey of Conway, is the grandson of Mrs. Oleta Duncan of Little River and the late Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Duncan of Little River and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lester Causey of Conway. He is employed by Express Construction.
Maid of honor was Jill Martin. Bridesmaids were Holly Hardwick and Ann Eaddy. Flower girls were Alli Atkinson and Kimberly Ely.
Best man was Danny Causey, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Jay Willis, Chad Huggins and Lee Kennedy.
Ushers were Marcus Causey and Chad Cooke. Ring bearer was Corbin Cooke.
Candle lighter was Dakota Atkinson and program attendants were Dakota Atkinson and Evan Atkinson.
After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple will reside in Conway.
