A coalition of medical experts is warning the government needs to do more to restore Americans' confidence in vaccine safety.
The group, including the American Medical Association, wants public health officials to act against campaigns that claim vaccines can cause autism.
They insist there's no evidence this is the case and say the public needs the vaccinations to protect against outbreaks of disease.
