Jessica Ann Jurney of Statesville, N.C., and Michael Marcus Bedenbaugh of Hartsville were joined in marriage Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, at the home of Roy and Reda Jurney. The Rev. Jim Justice performed the 4 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Danny and Cindy Jurney of Statesville. She is the granddaughter of Roy and Reda Jurney of Statesville, and Thelma Little of Cleveland, N.C. and the late Britstol Little.
The bridegroom is the son of Mark and Lisa Bedenbaugh of Hartsville. He is the grandson of Herman and Regina Holtzman of Old Forge, Pa., and Judith Talbert of Hartsville and Bill Bedenbaugh of St. Charles, Ill.
The bride is a graduate of North Iredell High School and attended Mitchell Community College in Statesville.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Hartsville High School and is employed with Sonoco of Hartsville.
The bride was escorted by her father, Danny Jurney.
Katie Bedenbaugh and Barbara Bedenbaugh, sisters of the groom, were bridesmaids.
Kasey Darr was flower girl.
Mark Bedenbaugh, father of the groom, was best man.
Jo Bedenbaugh, brother of the bridegroom, and Justin Jurney, brother of the bride, were groomsmen.
Drake Cashion was ring bearer.
The wedding reception was held in the beautiful flower garden of Reda Jurney.
After their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Hartsville.
