Both of today’s recipes could be served as snacks but one would be good served for breakfast. Both are easy and use cinnamon.
Apple-Cinnamon Celery Sticks
1 large apple
Lemon juice
4 to 6 tablespoons water
Celery sticks
Cinnamon
Wash, peel and core apple. Slice apple and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place apple slices and water in blender and blend until smooth. Spoon puree into clean, dry celery sticks. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Chill and serve.

Cinnamon Sticks
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury bread sticks
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Cut sticks in half widthwise. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and twist. Brush with combined butter and honey. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes.
Yield: 16 sticks
