Mr. Robert Norman Hall and Ms. Charleen Tomlinson Hall of Lake City announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsey Truluck, to Thomas Bishop Mangum, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Samuel Mangum of Florence, Ala.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Charles F. Tomlinson and the late Mr. Charles F. Tomlinson of Lake City, Ms. Carolyn Gwinn Hall of Raleigh, N.C., and Mrs. Norman Whitley Hall and the late Mr. Norman Whitley Hall of Lexington, Ky.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Clemson University and will receive a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina in August.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Olin Bishop of Allsboro, Ala., and Mr. and Mrs. James William Mangum of Florence, Ala. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in secondary education from Auburn University and will receive a Masters in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University in December 2008. He is employed with Verizon Wireless in Charleston.

The wedding is planned for March 15, 2008, at St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Charleston.
