The Coastal Chapter of the American Red Cross is offering a free course on preparing to battle the flu. The presentation includes the importance of getting a seasonal flu shot and learning how to prevent and prepare for a more serious pandemic flu outbreak. Health education speakers are available to present tips on how to deal with the flu when it affects a large part of the population.
