Mr. and Mrs. Cary J. Stengel of Darlington announce the engagement of their daughter, Corrie Leigh Stengel, to John Christopher Wilson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Wilson of Andrews.

Corrie is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. L.E. Morgan of Glenwood, Ga. and Mrs. Alyce Stengel and the late Mr. Wesley Stengel of Darlington. She currently attends Florence-Darlington Technical College pursuant to a degree in business and is employed by Manheim Darlington Auto Auction.

Christopher is the grandson of Mrs. Lillie Wilson and the late Herman E. Wilson and Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Creel, all of Andrews. He is a graduate of Horry-Georgetown Technical College, is a volunteer fireman for Andrews Fire Department and is employed by International Paper in Georgetown.

The wedding is planned for fall 2008.
