What I read: I love to read just about anything! I always have a book, a newspaper, a magazine, a web page or even the cereal box in front of me. Sometimes I want to rest my brain and I will read chick lit. I also recently started reading the author John Lescroart and really enjoy his work. He writes legal thrillers. I can move from those to a vampire story by Laura Adrian without skipping a beat.
Last book I read: “Damage” by John Lescroart.
Book that moved you: “The Help”
All-time favorites (at least three): “Gods in Alabama,” Joshilyn Jackson; “Devil in a Blue Dress,” Walter Mosely; “The Secret Life of Bees,” Sue Monk Kidd
Favorite author and why: Joshilyn Jackson. I think she is an amazing author, with a real knack for Southern storytelling. I read her blog before “Gods in Alabama” was released and felt like I was in on something special when it was available.
What you read at the beach: Magazines with celebrity gossip, chick lit, anything light and relaxing.
I’ve been meaning to read: “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.”
