Coastal Carolina University's Symphonic Band and Chamber and Concert choirs will perform a mix of seasonal tunes and carols at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at the First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach, located at 3810 Robert Grissom Parkway. The concert is free and open to the public.

The University Department of Music will present its 10th annual holiday concert featuring the Coastal Carolina University Chamber and Concert Choirs, under direction of Terri Sinclair, and the Symphonic Band, under direction of Tonya Propst.

The program will consist of seasonal classical selections, including “Dashing Through the Snow,” “Stille Nacht,” “Holiday Piece” and “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year.” As has become tradition, the concert will conclude with a combined performance of the “Hallelujah Chorus” from Handel's “Messiah” in which the audience will be invited to participate.
