FLORENCE — The S.C. Department of Transportation’s Division of Mass Transit announced winners from Pee Dee Regional Transportation Authority at this year’s Transportation Association of South Carolina meeting in Myrtle Beach on Feb. 6.
Grover Curry earned second place in the 35-Foot Bus Competition of the annual TASC Bus “Roadeo.”
Willie McKoy earned second place in the 40-Foot Bus Competition of the Roadeo.
McKoy, like Curry, competed against other public transportation drivers across the state.
Amy Ragin was named 2010 Transit Driver of the Year Award.
PDRTA also received the Urban Public Transit Provider of the Year Award.
