FLORENCE — Kirk Segars and Melissa Lloyd have joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Seaboard Properties.
Segars is a Florence native and graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and education. He earned his real estate license in 2006. His prior work has included financial management, sales, service, accounting, marketing and property management. Most recently, Segars was co-owner and president of Segars Brothers LLC, doing business as The Mobility Center of the Pee Dee.
Lloyd, a Hartsville native, She obtained her Associate of Science in data processing from Florence-Darlington Technical College and her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Coker College. In addition to serving as office manager, Lloyd’s duties also include that of assistant property manager and assistant marketing manager.
